- Zester le citron, puis le presser pour en extraire le jus. - Ajouter les zestes à la préparation précédente.
- Peler les bananes, les couper en rondelles puis les écraser à la fourchette dans un bol. Y ajouter le jus du citron, mélanger.
- Ajouter cette purée de bananes à la préparation précédente, puis la farine et la levure.
- Couper en gros morceaux le chocolat noir, les incorporer à la préparation. La pâte obtenue doit être bien consistante.
- Verser dans le moule. S'il vous reste une banane, la couper dans le sens de la longueur et la déposer sur le dessus du gâteau.
- Enfourner pour environ 50 minutes. - Vérifier la cuisson du gâteau avec la lame d'un couteau. Si elle ressort sèche, le gâteau est cuit.
- Attendre que le banana bread refroidisse pour le démouler, puis déguster !
